On your other video where you show all of the equipment, make sure when you kick, you try to kick with your shin Instead of the foot. You develop the toughness of your shin, and you will also avoid injuring either your ankle, or the small bones in your foot. Great work and tenacity developing that training ground man. Keep up the great work. Happy training! 💯💪🙌
I don’t naturally kick like that. Depends if it’s a lower kick or not. Kinda weird but that’s just how I kick. Sean o melly kicks like that also. Top of my feet are rock solid since that’s how I started kicking. And usually that’s only headkicks I’d use my foot. Good lookin out though.
@JrAcostaproductions yeah, I guess if you do a high kick like that, the neck will probably move from the force, and dissipating the force. Reducing injury to the ankle and foot. Cool man, just wanted to make sure no injuries occur. Once again, keep up the great work!
